Tips for Searching:
1. You may search your favorite areas by clicking on the links in the two columns on the right side of each page.
2. If you click on the custom search link, you can left click on the map and drag it to the desired geography then zoom in or out to fine tune the location. Notice that as the cursor is passed over each listing in the list, the location of the home is circled on the adjacent map – how handy can this be!
3. Double clicking on a photo will unlock other photos for you to view and in some instances 360 degree virtual tours of the neighborhood. Add homes to your “favorites” as necessary.
4. When you view enlarged photos of homes, check down at the bottom of the page to find “comparable” active and sold listings in the area.
5. If you wonder about a specific address, just plug it in and you will find the home if it is actively listed.
6. You can also use the following advanced search parameters: square footage, property type, style, acreage, school district, age of home, parking situation, plus 8 additional” Speciality Searches”.
7. Once you’ve completed your search, you can save it for future reference, request more information about specific homes, or request a showing – just follow the prompts.
